Construction of Point Ruston’s two waterfront condominium buildings, Copperline Condominiums and Century Condominiums, is moving faster than ever.
Copperline Condominiums East Tower is completely sold out and there are only 6 waterfront condo homes remaining in the West Tower. Residents are moving into the East tower every week and we expect homeowners to be moving into the West Tower just after the first of the year.
On the West Tower, you will notice the truss package has been delivered and the construction crews are installing the trusses one by one on top of the Penthouse level. It will be only a matter of time before the siding crews start working to bring this architectural beauty to completion.
The recently released Century Condominium building is also well underway and going vertical rapidly. You may notice the coves in the building. These are designed to maximize light and water views as much as possible for a true waterfront lifestyle.
